how long will it take for me to receive my order?

We process orders daily. Items will be shipped priority mail. Items paid with personal check are shipped as soon as the check clears. Standard free delivery is 5-7 business days in the United States.
 

what if I need it quicker?

Faster delivery is available for an additional $10 for 2nd day air service.  If more immediate delivery is needed, please contact us at 800-610-0294.
 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship globally! There is an additional $10 fee for shipments outside the United States.  If you would like an expedited international delivery, please contact us at info@intellectualpropertyjewelry.com. International customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. We’ll include limited insurance.
 

what about returns?

Merchandise from the online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final. Contact us for a return authorization mailing label. For jewelry purchased at a retail store, please contact the store.
